I first met Rex Savin during my summer job at the Family Vacation Center at UCSB.  Little did I know that the relationship I would build with him and his family would lead me to this point. This is the official blog of the RexFest foundation and it  will be used to raise awareness for down syndrome and the RexFest Music Festival that will be taking place in the Summer of 2011.
